Raise a glass to another successful vinNEBRASKA Wine Event! This two-day spring event, which took place 
March 26th-27th, featured premier wines, extravagant live auction packages and delicious gourmet food. All proceeds made from this event benefits the All Our Kids mentoring program.

The weekend celebration kicked off at Happy Hollow Country Club with a Winemakers’ Reception and Gourmet Dinner. Approximately 250 guests had the opportunity to meet with winemakers from 24 nationally and internationally known wineries and vineyards and were then treated to sumptuous seven course gourmet meal prepared by Happy Hollow’s executive chef and his staff. Each course was expertly paired with select wines from the 24 wineries represented. Honorary chairpersons for the event were W. David and Lori Scott, and Jim Siedlecki from WOWT, Channel 6 served as the emcee for the evening festivities. Other distinguished guests included Congressman Lee Terry and his wife Robyn.
The two-day event continued on Saturday evening at the Holiday Inn Central Palace Ballroom. Approximately 800 guests attended and enjoyed wine tasting, hors d’oeuvres and a grand auction featuring exclusive vacation packages, rare wine vintages and extravagant gift items.

A Special Benefit for All Our Kids, Inc.
Over the past 21 years, vinNEBRASKA has raised over $1.5 million for local charities, including the American Cancer Society, Omaha Public Library Foundation, Girls, Inc., KVNO, Easter Seals of Nebraska, All Our Kids, Inc. and The Ronald McDonald House. All Our Kids is pleased to have been chosen once again to be this year’s benefitting charity. All Our Kids will use the funds made from this event to aid in serving more Omaha youth to reach their academic goals, graduate from high school and pursue secondary education.
