All Our Kids matches students in groups of twenty to twenty-five with mentors from the local business community. Adults from professional groups, volunteer organizations, local corporations, small businesses and faith-based organizations are recruited, carefully screened and then trained to serve as volunteer mentors. Each community volunteer is asked to make a minimum commitment of one year to this relationship, but are strongly encouraged to make a long-term investment in their student, in order to follow them from middle school through their high school graduation and beyond.
